Jack Rice Appointed to Serve on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers

Jack Rice Defense is pleased to announce the Jack Rice has been appointed to serve on the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyer’s (MACDL) Board of Director for three year term.

The process to serve of the Board of Directors starts with being nominated by multiple other members of the MACDL. Then there is an election among those nominated and ultimately it becomes of a vote of your peers. 

“Jack’s goal is to support the existing training program to help other Minnesota criminal defense attorneys refine their skills or acquire new ones.”

The MACDL is Minnesota’s pre-eminent defense bar association.  With more than 350 members spanning the state, the purpose of the MACDL is to advance the knowledge of criminal defense law through publications, seminars and lectures.  In the end, it is designed to elevates its members to the highest level of the profession.  The MACDL also advocates before the Minnesota State  Legislature, the Governor and judicial bodies.
