Court TV Turns to Criminal Defense Attorney Jack Rice for Murder and Sex Crimes Expertise
There are several really big criminal cases in the news this week and a couple of them are in the middle of closing arguments. The first involves the R. Kelly sex trafficking trial. The Feds are arguing that R. Kelly used his celebrity to sexually abuse young woman. After a 5 week trial, the jury will start deliberating soon.
The other case, State v. Janet Hinds involves a DWI charge. a hit and run, the death of an officer and then fleeing after the fact. One of the problems in this case was a lack of a blood alcohol level. Ms. Hinds did not turn herself in for almost a day and a half. This is certainly one of the limitations.
As an experienced criminal defense attorney with expertise in criminal forensics, Jack knows how it can impact a criminal case. The photo of Jack with his fingers at his neck are live from Court TV where he is explaining offenses and defensive wounds. This may be critical in a self defense case.
Jack Rice has handled countless murder cases, criminal vehicular homicide cases, rape and other criminal sexual assault cases, DWIs, and more. On September 24th, Jack will join Court TV to discuss the cases, and where the jury is going next.
Hope you can watch.
